Overview
DropsTomorrow ("we," "us," or "our") operates DropsTomorrow.com, a service that helps you track TV and streaming show release dates and receive reminder emails. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Account information. When you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account identifier, name, email address, and profile image URL from Google. We store this in our database to create and maintain your account.
Show tracking data. We store the shows you choose to track, your timezone, reminder email preferences, and related settings you configure in the app.
Billing information. If you subscribe to Pro, payment processing is handled by Paddle. We receive subscription status and billing identifiers from Paddle; we do not store your full payment card details.
Email delivery logs. We keep records of reminder emails we send (for example, delivery status and timestamps) to operate the service and troubleshoot issues.
Technical data. Our hosting provider may process standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and request timestamps) when you use the site.
How we use your information
We use your information to:
- Authenticate you and provide access to your account
- Track shows you select and calculate release reminders in your timezone
- Send daily digest reminder emails when enabled
- Process subscriptions and manage Pro plan access
- Respond to support requests and protect the security of the service
We do not sell your personal information.
Third-party services
We rely on trusted providers to run DropsTomorrow, including:
- Google — sign-in authentication
- Resend — transactional and reminder email delivery
- Paddle — subscription billing and customer portal
- Neon — database hosting
- Cloudflare — application hosting and infrastructure
These providers process data on our behalf according to their own privacy policies and our agreements with them.
Email reminders and marketing
Reminder emails are a core part of the service. By creating an account and keeping reminder emails enabled, you agree to receive digest emails about tracked shows. You can pause reminder emails in Settings or use the unsubscribe link in any email. We do not send unrelated marketing emails.
Data retention
We keep your account and tracking data while your account is active. If you delete your account or ask us to delete your data, we remove or anonymize personal information within a reasonable period, except where we must retain records for legal, security, or billing purposes.
Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls on our infrastructure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
DropsTomorrow is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, email [email protected].
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated policy.
