Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of DropsTomorrow.com and related services (the "Service") operated by DropsTomorrow ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

DropsTomorrow helps you track TV and streaming show release dates and sends reminder emails (typically a daily digest the day before a tracked show releases, based on your timezone and settings). Show schedules and metadata are sourced from third-party data and may be incomplete or change without notice. We do not guarantee that every release date or reminder will be accurate or timely.

You must sign in with a valid Google account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have permission from a parent or guardian.

Free plan. Includes tracking for up to 2 shows and daily digest emails, subject to these Terms and any usage limits we publish.

Pro plan. Includes tracking for up to 20 shows and is billed monthly or yearly through Paddle. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. Manage or cancel your subscription through the Paddle customer portal linked from Billing in the app.

Prices, features, and plan limits may change. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes where required. Taxes may apply depending on your location.

Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy and applicable law. Contact us at [email protected] if you have a billing issue.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes or in violation of applicable laws
• Attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including by automated access or abuse
• Reverse engineer or copy the Service except where permitted by law
• Resell or commercially exploit the Service without our written permission

The Service, including its design, software, and branding, is owned by DropsTomorrow or its licensors. Show titles, images, and related metadata belong to their respective owners. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

The Service integrates with third parties such as Google (authentication), Paddle (billing), and email providers. Your use of those services may be subject to their separate terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT RELEASE INFORMATION WILL ALWAYS BE ACCURATE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DROPSTOMORROW AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $50.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, create risk for us or other users, or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, but sections that by their nature should survive (such as disclaimers and limitations of liability) will remain in effect.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes may also be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.
