Refund Policy
Last updated: July 15, 2026
Overview
DropsTomorrow Pro is a paid subscription billed through Paddle, our payment provider. This policy explains when refunds are available, how to request one, and how refunds differ from canceling your subscription.
Free plan
The Free plan does not charge a fee. Refunds do not apply to Free accounts.
Refund eligibility
First-time Pro purchase. If you upgrade to Pro for the first time, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the charge if you are not satisfied with the Service.
Renewals. Subscription renewals are generally non-refundable once the new billing period has started, except where required by applicable law or where Paddle's buyer protection policies apply.
Yearly plans. If you cancel a yearly subscription after the 14-day window, you keep Pro access until the end of your paid period. We do not provide partial refunds for unused months unless required by law.
Refunds are not available for accounts terminated for violating our Terms of Service.
Canceling vs. refunding
Canceling stops future charges. You keep Pro until the end of your current billing period, then return to the Free plan. Cancel from Billing in the app or through the Paddle customer portal.
Refunding returns money for a charge that already happened. A refund may end your Pro access immediately, depending on how Paddle processes the reversal.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the address on your DropsTomorrow account. Include:
- The email you use to sign in
- The date and amount of the charge
- A brief reason for the request (optional but helpful)
You can also review payment history and open a dispute through the Paddle customer portal linked from Billing in the app. Paddle may process eligible refunds on our behalf.
Processing time
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Timing depends on your bank or card issuer; most refunds appear within 5–10 business days after approval.
Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights in your country. If you are in the European Union, United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with statutory cooling-off or refund rights, those rights apply where required by law.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the latest version.
